Keeping Children Safe in Church Training at St. Boniface

On Saturday June 28 five members of the Church of St. Boniface gathered at the parish hall of the Heilig-Geist-Kapelle in Augsburg to spend a day in training. Since St. Boniface plans to start with a regular Sunday School future Sunday School teachers and other interested members of the congregation met to learn how we as a congregation can make sure that our children are safe in church and how important it is to be sensitive to the needs of our children. For many it was an eye opener and we collected a lot of good ideas for the future. We are now looking forward to begin with a monthly Sunday School which is planned to begin when we have two services per month and a Sunday School curriculum.
